Our psychology practice in Ocean Grove, Victoria, is dedicated to providing a range of services to support the mental well-being of individuals, couples, and children. We are passionate about helping our clients navigate through life's challenges. We're committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can gain insight, explore your thoughts and emotions, and work towards positive change.
Rod has been a registered psychologist for 25 years, the last 15 of which working with kids and adolescents in schools around Geelong and Ocean Grove (as part of student support services) and in private practice.
While working in schools Rod became interested in why some students struggled to learn to read and write. Often these students were average or above average problem-solvers, but they had particular weaknesses that made learning difficult. Identifying these barriers was key to helping them improve as learners.

Merryn has worked as a psychologist and therapist for 20 years and has a warm, empathic but also straight-up approach. Merryn genuinely loves helping people work out what gets in the way of living with more relationship ease.
Merryn specialises in relationships.
Having healthy relationships is key to living a full and satisfying life. Merryn work with all sorts of couples including; heterosexual, same-sex, friendships, siblings, and parent-child relationships (Adult).
I have been trained in various therapeutic modalities but I have a strong psychodynamic approach to couples therapy. I also believe our family of origin story plays a crucial role in helping couples understand how and why they relate to each other the way they do. Ultimately, I help individuals and couples identify their unhealthy relationship patterns, and provide the tools to do something different.

I am a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of Australian Association of Psychologists Incorporated (AAPI).
